Surf Clinics are part of the activities integrated in “Verão Foz”, being, until now, a great success providing a first approach within surfing and bodyboarding

     This activity provides every person interested, the opportunity to contact safely with the sport, being watched by accredited coaches. They aboard some fundamental theoretical contents so that students can try an easy approach to the sea and the waves. At this point instructors observe and correct wrong postures and mistakes.

      Surf clinics are located in Foz do Arelho beach, near the sunshade area. The classes’ timetable is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., during July and August (the dates are previously arranged and published in the “Verão Foz” booklet.

      Nobody is young enough or too old to participate, and better yet, you don’t have to pay for the classes, they’re totally free! The only condition is being curious enough to explore the aquatic mean with a board and being prepared to enjoy this new adventure!
