Welcome to “Surfoz Surf School”! |
In 1993, because there were no possibilities of young surfers and bodyboarders acquire any kind of material and supports for developing their sport abilities, was born Surfoz Surf Shop. Later on, a new idea started to raise, the creation of “Surfoz Surf School”. So, in 2004, was created the first Surfing and Bodyboarding School in Foz do Arelho. This project arised as the opportunity of young surfers and bodyboarders can access the sport, correctly and safely.
Being Foz do Arelho our most important “classroom”, we have the advantage of having great wave and swell consistency on summer months, which leads to great fun and lots of action. However, the sea can be very tricky and especially on winter months, there is sometimes the need of coach and students search other beaches, other waves and other reefs with epic waves and classic conditions to surf. Even in this situation, our school has got several advantages, being the most important one, its localization. We are situated close to one of the best European Surf Spots, Peniche, and so, it’s not hard for us to find excellent conditions for surfing perfect waves in safety. We find the wave of your dreams and with us you surf it safely!
